Just FYI. I did a diff before upgrading to make sure there are no
un-anticipated differences. Attached is the diff resulting from this
    command.

    [v22p3@3960-flap ~]$ for r in r/D{D,M,I}*.m ; do diff -w
    ~dev/r/`basename $r` $r -I '\s;;'; done &> diffdevvv22p3.diff

I have tried to make a web site that will facilitate working with the quality
measures for people building Reminders and trying to figure out where to put
the information needed for creating QRDAs into VistA.

You will find the quality measures, each with a directory with an HTML file
sorted to the top (with an AA in the front) that has the detailed description
as well as the measure logic (which is near the bottom of the file). This was
    taken from Cypress.

One of these sources is undoubtedly the Medline Plus that is geared to provide
patient information. This was originally a VA Innovations Project and Dr.
Theresa Cullen helped to bring it to OSEHRA. Many thanks to the U of Utah.

Now to take a look at it!

A new submission has been added to the OSEHRA Technical Journal.

As mentioned in the Working Group meeting today, we are looking for the
next target(s) for certification. I've put together a survey with six
strong candidates and an open block for you to suggest other targets of
    interest.

    Today's agenda:

Development of a Universal, Open GUI Framework, Chris Goranson, Director,
Parsons Institute for Information Mapping - The New School

    Abstract:

Well-designed GUI contributions hold the key to a number of usability and
adoption challenges now faced by existing EHR systems. The open GUI
framework would take advancements made in the OSEHRA community and implement
them through a standardized open interface in a modular format.
