Re: [ehr-refactoring-services] Proposal to use RDF/SPARQL to define Foundation Schema to map VistA elements
This looks like a great start, Catalin.
Maybe the problem is me, but when I tried to load it into Protege, Protoge
froze up on me. Then, when I tried to upload it to the Sesame triple store
repository at http://vistaewd.net:8980/openrdf-sesame/repositories/vistaowlI
got an error message "Malformed value: VistaOwl"
It did seem to load some of the file, which you can see at
http://vistaewd.net:8980/openrdf-workbench/repositories/vistaowl/types but
none of the namespaces
http://vistaewd.net:8980/openrdf-workbench/repositories/vistaowl/namespaces
This is all very exciting - I'm glad to see folks taking an interest in
this ... it would be great to schedule a Google Hangout for some video
conferencing on this some time... I might even be able to talk my friend
and Semantic Web mentor Mark Watson http://markwatson.com/ to join us.

It has been loaded and validated with Protege 4.1, and I managed to get a
HTML representation of it with the OWLDoc export plugin. To keep it small
enough, the only verbs used are: contains, calls and reads_global. Anyway I
think it provides a good starting point, we can improve later on when we
will become more familiar with RDF and SparQL.
Any comments will be greatly appreciated,
