Conor is right in the fact that the directory structure only reflects packages that are the same between FOIA and RPMS (uses OSEHRA scripts to create directories based on Packages.csv). We are in the process of contacting IHS' DBA to get a listing from them so we can update the listing and create the rest of the directory structure.
266 is the number of packages in RPMS' package file (9.4) and some of these
"packages" may be patches. IHS seems to be easy going on what constitutes a

I noticed that there is about total 63 packages under the RPMS_FOIA_11302011 branch, but according to http://www.caregraf.org/semanticvista/analytics/aForksAndAgeFOIAvsRPMS.html
there could be as many as 266 packages.
Am I missing something?
