OSEHRA Memberships Ensure a Future of EHR Innovation

OSEHRA is a membership organization. As a member of OSEHRA, you become part of a community dedicated to the future of electronic health record innovation and other open source health informatics initiatives. Anyone can participate in the OSEHRA community, either as an Associate or General Member. Organizations may participate as Corporate Members. The table below describes these three categories. Any member may access web site content, and volunteer to participate in discussion groups, working groups, or open source projects. General Members, or Associate Members linked through a Corporate Membership will be eligible for member discounts for OSEHRA events, including the Annual Open Source EHR Summit.

General and Corporate Members must agree to abide by the OSEHRA Membership Agreement, and are entitled to vote in OSEHRA elections. Each Corporate Member will appoint a Corporate Representative, who will vote on behalf of the Corporate Member, and can designate Associate Members as part of their organization. This gives increased privileges to those Associate Members based upon their affiliation with the Corporate Member.

Associate Member

  • Receive discounts on OSEHRA training and events, including the Annual Open Source EHR Summit.

Corporate Member
  • Appoint a Corporate Representative who can vote on behalf of the organization.
  • Attend quarterly strategy meetings reserved for Corporate Members and OSEHRA staff.
  • Display Corporate logo on OSEHRA homepage, linked to the member’s site.
  • Designate an unlimited number of Associate Members, who will then be eligible for the same discount privileges as General Members.

Corporation with >$10M and <$50M Annual Revenue - $10,000

Corporation with >$50M and <$100M Annual Revenue - $20,000

Corporation with >$100M and <$150M Annual Revenue - $30,000

Corporation with >$150M and <$200M Annual Revenue - $40,000

Corporation with >$200M Annual Revenue - $50,000

*General Members need only sign the OSEHRA Membership Agreement. Dues will begin in March 1st, 2013.
