Following up the recent introduction of the fis-gtm package (GT.M) in the Debian Linux Distribution, the package is now going through the Debian release process and it has now been made available as part of the Debian Testing distribution (code name Jessie).

As an example, here is how to install fis-gtm in Ubuntu 12.10.
From the terminal used the following commands:
sudo echo "deb http://ftp.us.debian.org/debian/ jessie main" > /etc/apt/sources.list.d/debian-testing.list sudo apt-get install debian-keyring debian-archive-keyring sudo apt-key update sudo apt-get update sudo apt-get install fis-gtm
