Plan VI OSEHRA Docker Image Updated

May I make a small
request to use ISO standard international date formats
(https://www.w3.org/QA/Tips/iso-date) rather than inventing
another format? The principal difference is the separator. Thank
you.

Due to the fact that our testing framework entered dates of birth in
US format; I was not able to update the OSEHRA VistA Plan 6 Docker
Image. I fixed the date formats (now they are yyyy/mm/dd rather than
mm/dd/yyyy) in the testing framework last week, and was able to
successfully run our testing framework to create the OSEHRA VistA Plan
6 Docker Image. The yyyy/mm/dd format should work for all locales on
VistA.

See you tomorrow at the Plan VI meeting.
