Hi Gary,

Attached is the modified ../popHealth/lib/tasks/pophealth.rake).  Basically, we...

mkdir ~/popHelath/bundles
<download and put bundle in dir>
<rename the bundle... something like bundle-2018.zip>
<cd to > ../popHealth/lib/tasks/
modified attached pophealth.rake

I think that was all.  I guess a suggested, nicer change would be to allow the user to manually download and specify a directory if the auto-download fails.
