At a programmer prompt type what is in bold (other text is prompts):

OPTION NAME:  XPAR LIST BY PARAM

PARAMETER DEFINITION NAME:  GMV GUI VERSION

Please report back the list it returns.

Also, did you change the domain for the system?  If so, what is the new domain?

i just checked:  http://www.osehra.org/document/guis-used-automatic-functional-testing and it contains vitals patch 26 (5.0.26.1).
