Meeting Presentation 02-03-2012

per the meeting today, here's an update to the "FOIA vs OpenVistA" builds
report <http://www.caregraf.org/fmql/reports/buildsFOIAvsOVAudit.html>

It now shows the routines/files and RPCs changed in builds. One thing that
jumps out from the OpenVistA
list<http://www.caregraf.org/fmql/reports/buildsFOIAvsOVAudit.html#OPENVISTA>
:
- GT.M integration changes - look at "MSC GTM INTEGRATION" and its long
list of changed routines.
- they change core routines as well as adding a lot of their own (the ones
starting with MSC). See the core routines in MSC MED REC.
- they change PATIENT and other significant files

anyhow, I'll run the others next week and tighten this up. As we discussed,
knowing MSC made these routine/rpc and file changes should guide code
diff'ing: you should see diffs between FOIA versions of routines and those
MSC build's change (and if you don't then these reports aren't much of a
guide!!!),

Conor:

It would also be very useful to be able to click on a routine name and see
a list of builds that included that routine. (and of course from there to
click on the build and see the build report).

Would that be possible?

thanks

good idea George. I'll add a TODO for that. The other thing is to link
routines, files and globals back to OSEHRA's repositories. In web reports,
it's all about the links!
