Today OSEHRA unveils our new organization logo and refreshed brand identity. These updates reflect the growth and evolution of our organization since its founding in 2011 and points the way for OSEHRA’s path moving forward. Our community has evolved tremendously over the last seven years, and we felt it was time to explore a new logo to capture and showcase our thriving open ecosystem.
While our logo has changed, our vision remains the same. At the heart of this rebrand is our core focus on community, as well as a continued commitment to advancing and enabling the use of open source software. Our new logo is comprised of three dynamic components that represent software, governance, and community. It conveys the continuous interplay of all three aspects in advancing open source innovation. The passages among the three components represent open channels for the flow of information and code contributions both in and out of our organization.
We hope you like our new look as much as we do. I want to congratulate Megan Murray, our Director of Membership and Communications, on a terrific job! She has pulled together the comments and suggestions of staff and community members and produced a logo that not only looks clean and new, but also captures the essence of OSEHRA and open source. Over the next few months we will be updating our online presence and all of our collateral. If you display our OSEHRA logo in any of your marketing materials, please contact Megan to obtain a high-resolution copy.
As always, we appreciate your support. If you have any questions please do not hesitate to contact us.
