Apparently, the import logic didn’t catch the negation for the Tobacco Use Cessation Counseling procedure.  Will need to update the import logic in addition to the QRDA CAT1 export.

Search for this. It is there in the same file. I have added one physical exam also which is not getting exported with reason.

Thanks

BTW, the example file that you sent contained medication order with negation.  However, the example didn’t contain intervention with negation.  Do you have another example QRDA CAT 1 containing intervention with negation?

I want to make sure the fix will take both issues.

Hi Peter

Correct, assesment gets exported but not medication order and intervention
with negation. Any idea why? And how we can get them exported?

Thanks

Mahesh

Hi Mahesh,

I loaded the QRDA1.xml (test file attachment from your prior email) and exported the QRDA Cat 1.  I was able to see the negation section exported – see attached exported file from popHealth.  Can you point me to the specific intervention order that you are referring to?

Hi

I am trying to import QRDA1 file in PopHealth 5.1 which contains Intervention order with negation reason. I have used code for intervention order and also used proper negation reason code. The file gets imported properly. I checked DB and seems that it is imported properly with codes. When I try to export the QRDA1 file from PopHealth, somehow Intervention order with negation is not getting exported. Is there any known issue or bug? Same thing happens for Medication Order with negation reason. Just note that I am not using nullFlavor="NA".

Thanks
